We do require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in our cancellation fee being charged. If you cannot make your appointment due to illness, we will allow the appointment to be rescheduled to the following week for you.
We have a very firm policy with no-shows – this will result in an immediate charge of our cancellation fee. This fee needs to be paid in full before we can book any future appointments.
Thank you for your understanding – although we don’t like having to charge these fees, they are essential to keep our business operating successfully.
