Terms and Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by BEAUTY INK 3 PTY LTD, ACN: 166 871 694 trading as BEAUTY INK (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or receiving our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.


2. SERVICES

  1. We provide beauty and skin treatments as detailed in our service menu and website.
  2. All practitioners are fully qualified and registered where required by law.
  3. Services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service.



3. BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS

  1. Appointments must be secured with valid contact details.
  2. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
  3. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
  4. We reserve the right to request a deposit for certain treatments.



4. HEALTH AND SAFETY

  1. You must complete our consultation form truthfully, including medical history and current medications.
  2. You must inform us of any changes to your health status or medications before treatments.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may be unsafe.
  4. Patch tests are mandatory 48 hours before certain treatments as specified by our staff.



5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

  1. Prices are as advertised and include GST where applicable.
  2. We reserve the right to modify prices with reasonable notice.
  3. Payment is required at the time of service.
  4. We accept Cash, ETFPOS and Credit Card (MasterCard / VISA) payments.



6. CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our services come with guarantees that:

  1. They will be provided with due care and skill
  2. They will be fit for any specified purpose
  3. They will be provided within a reasonable time



7. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

  1. We maintain appropriate professional and public liability insurance.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to:
    – Resupply of the service, or
    – Payment of the cost of having the service supplied again
  3. Nothing in these terms restricts your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.



8. PRIVACY

  1. We collect and store your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
  2. Your information will be used only for treatment purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

9. Treatment Outcomes

  1. While we strive for the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes as individual results may vary.
  2. Pre- and post-treatment care instructions must be followed for optimal results.
  3. We are not liable for unsatisfactory results if aftercare instructions are not followed.



10. Gift Vouchers

  1. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  2. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. Expired vouchers will not be honoured.



11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

  1. We strive to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.
  2. Complaints should be directed to us using our contact form in the first instance.
  3. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact:
    – Consumer Protection Western Australia
    – The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) for registered health practitioner concerns



12. Changes to Terms

  1. We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice.
  2. Current terms will always be available on this website.

 

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
