Cancellation Policy

We do require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in our $100 per service booked cancellation fee being charged to your saved card.

If you cannot make your appointment due to illness, we will allow the appointment to be rescheduled to the following week (no later) where you can use cancellation fee as a credit on that booking.

We have a firm policy with NO-SHOWS. If you fail to show up to your appointment this will result in immediate charge of our cancellation fee. This fee will need to be paid in full before we can rebook any future appointments.

Thank you for your understanding – although we don’t like having to charge these fees, they are essential to keep our business operating successfully.
