Returns and Refunds Policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made from BEAUTY INK® both in-store and online. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services while ensuring compliance with Australian Consumer Law and Western Australian regulations.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Unopened Products

  • Non-cosmetic products in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Items must be in resalable condition with all seals intact
  • Any refund can only be issued to the original payment method

Cosmetic and Skincare Products
Due to health and hygiene regulations:

  • Cosmetic products, including makeup and skincare items, are considered perishable goods
  • We cannot accept returns on any opened or unopened cosmetic or skincare products
  • If you experience any issues, please contact us

Faulty Products
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

  • Products that are faulty, damaged, or don’t match their description can be returned
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you receive a faulty item
  • Photographic evidence of the fault may be required
  • We will cover return shipping costs for faulty items

In-Store Services

  • Skin treatments and beauty services are non-refundable once performed
  • If you experience any concerns following a treatment, please contact us within 24 hours
  • Rescheduling of appointments requires 24 hours notice to avoid forfeiture of any deposits paid

ONLINE ORDERS

Shipping Errors

  • If you receive incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange return shipping at our expense and send the correct items

Change of Mind Returns
For online orders only:

  • Non-cosmetic items may be returned within 14 days
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • International returns must comply with relevant customs regulations

Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items
  • For online orders, please allow up to 14 days for international returns

Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or unopened cosmetic products including makeup, skincare, and beauty tools
  • Hygiene products
  • Sale items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised orders
