IPL Skin Rejuvenation and Permanent Hair Removal

WHAT IS IPL – Intense Pulsed Light?

IPL is a non-invasive light-based technology used to remove unwanted hair on all areas of the face and body.

IPL is also used to treat skin conditions such as age spots, sunspots, freckles, superficial capillaries and other types of pigmentation.

IPL is also incredibly effective in reducing redness in the skin and creating a beautiful even skin tone. Finally, IPL light therapy also stimulates collagen production resulting in a more youthful, firm, bouncy skin.

IPL HAIR REMOVAL

IPL, or Intense Pulsed Light, hair removal is a cosmetic procedure that uses light to reduce or eliminate unwanted hair. The device emits light energy, which is absorbed by the melanin (pigment) in hair follicles. This damages the follicles, inhibiting hair growth. It’s most effective for people with medium or fair skin and dark hair. Usually a course of 6 – 8 treatments is required to achieve optimal result, but once you’ve completed your treatment cycle, you can look forward to a lifetime of smooth skin with only the occasional maintenance treatment. Compare that to the cost and hassle of a lifetime of waxing.
